Golf Hip Trainer
Swing, Chipping, Putting, Hip Alignment, Spin Feedback
The golf hip trainer uses a belt worn on the abdomen and an alignment bar to simultaneously train aiming, alignment, and rotation, maintaining the body's central axis for stable shots, improved consistency, and accuracy.
Maintaining a stable central axis maximizes power and accuracy at impact, allowing you to hit the ball to the desired distance and direction. Swing and putting movements must be performed on a stable axis to achieve consistent swing rhythm and repeatable precision.
Used in conjunction with the belt and alignment bar, it's easy for anyone to wear, simultaneously training body central axis maintenance, posture correction, and rotation. The attached foam ball provides immediate visual monitoring and correction.
The thicker, flexible bar provides rebound feedback during rotation and can also be inserted behind the back as an axis reference, helping instructors clearly observe changes in the student's axis movement.
The thinner shaft is made of carbon fiber, which is lightweight, flexible, and has high tensile strength, allowing it to withstand greater loads. It is also moisture-resistant, heat-resistant, and less prone to deformation, resulting in a longer lifespan. Therefore, it is significantly more expensive than shafts made of conventional materials.
It can be used in conjunction with other shoulder or arm training tools to ensure proper alignment of the body during the swing.
