How-To Instructions:
1. Unlock Slack: Before pulling, twist the side crank slightly counterclockwise to release internal ribbon tension;
2. Extract Target Distance: Pull the ribbon out to your desired practice distance (e.g., 3m, 5m, or the full 7.5m);
