【HOW TO USE】
Step 1: Unroll & Target Line Alignment: Remove the mat from the hard case, unroll it flat on natural turf, putting carpet, or an indoor training green, and align the central white line directly with the target cup;
Step 2: Calibrate Stance Width: Position your feet along the lower 1"–13" imperial scale according to your personal posture preference (e.g., matching the 4-inch marks on both left and right sides) to lock in a stable, repeatable base;
Step 3: Square Ball Position & Putter Face: Place a golf ball in the center locator hole; align the putter face parallel to the dual red alignment dashes and perpendicular to the full-length blue center line to eliminate aim parallax;
Step 4: Execute Selected Putting Stroke:
Straight Stroke: Glide the putter head back and through along the central white line with pure mechanical pendulum motion;
Arc Stroke: Swing the putter head naturally along the yellow dashed curve to experience an ergonomic In-to-Square-to-In arc;
Step 5: Challenge the 5cm Physical Tee Gate: Insert 2 wooden tees into the 6.5cm (intermediate) or 5cm (advanced) exit holes; putt 10 consecutive balls with the objective of rolling cleanly through without clipping either tee;
Step 6: Amplitude & Distance Control Drills: Use the paired color dots to calibrate your stroke length—swinging back to the red dot and through to the matching red dot for short putts, yellow for medium putts, and blue/green for long lags;
