Carbon Fiber Golf Chipping and Putting T consists of an independent crossbar (49x2cm) and a separate vertical bar (49x1cm), connected by two finely crafted colored metal rivets to form a T-shape. 
 
Depending on height and club configuration, place the T between your armpit and upper abdomen, gripping both the vertical bar and the grip simultaneously. This stabilizes the upper arm, elbow, and wrist, with the upper arm resting against the crossbar, forming a swing triangle with the arm, body, and shoulder. This prevents excessive elbow and wrist movement, resulting in a smooth and stable putting and chipping motion. 
 
The colored metal rivets can be tightened appropriately to allow for adjustments based on the swing characteristics, adjusting the height to match the left and right shoulders to prevent the crossbar from locking completely and affecting the swing. 
 
The longer crossbar of the T provides support for the upper arm, allowing for more effective elbow control. Often, we overemphasize elbow movement while neglecting the crucial role of the upper arm in elbow control.
