SwingPerfect Golf Putting Stroke Length & Rhythm Tempo Training Template. Have you ever stood over a critical par putt, felt a wave of doubt, taken a huge backswing, and then flinched with a sudden deceleration right before hitting the ball? The result is always the same: a weak, wobbling roll that dies inches short of the hole. Relying on vague "touch" leads to wild, unpredictable strokes—sometimes too long, sometimes too short—making three-putts an inevitable nightmare. The Right Hand Golf Putting Stroke Length & Tempo Mat cures deceleration at the source: four color-coded dots give you an exact 1:1 symmetrical pendulum scale for putts from 3 to 25+ feet, while the ACCELERATE track guides a smooth, accelerating stroke straight through the ball into a firm finish at the yellow STOP markers. Line up your putter face against the crisp green crosshairs, hide the white marker beneath the ball to lock your eyes in position, and build the assertive, rock-solid stroke of a tour pro!

  • Symmetrical stroke for calibrated distance, acceleration to STOP for zero deceleration.

  • End decelerated putts: Roll crisp, assertive strikes straight into the cup.

  • 4-color dots, tour-tested tempo: Master distance control on any floor.

  1. 4-Color Symmetrical Dots Calibrate Exact Distance: Green (3-6 ft), Yellow (10-15 ft), Orange (15-25 ft), Purple (25+ ft)—match your backswing to your follow-through and never guess your stroke length again;

  2. ACCELERATE Through to STOP Braking Cures Deceleration: Accelerate smoothly through impact and hold a crisp finish at the yellow STOP dots, completely curing the habit of decelerating into the ball;

  3. "Hide-the-White-Disc" Eye Alignment Rule: Position your golf ball over the circular white marker until the white ring disappears from view, instantly centering your eyes directly over the target line;

  4. 3 Green Guidelines for Square Face Alignment: Align your putter face flush against the vertical green guidelines at address to prevent pushes and pulls before you take the club back;

  5. 4 White Ball Prints Guide Forward Roll: Follow the visual launch corridor down the center line for smooth, true-rolling confidence;

  6. 282g Non-Slip Natural Rubber Base in a Travel Hard Case: Heavy-duty rubber backing unrolls flat on any floor with zero curling. Roll it up into the zippered EVA case and take tour-grade putting calibration anywhere!

【HOW TO USE】

  • Step 1: Setup & Address Positioning: Unroll the mat on any flat surface (hardwood, tile, carpet, or putting green). As a right-handed player, position yourself facing the mat with your feet aligned along the bottom ruler;

  • Routine 1: Amplitude Symmetry & 2:1 Tempo Drill (Air Swings / No Ball):

    1. Zero Alignment: Without a ball, place the putter head at the 0cm mark, squaring the face against the green lines directly below the white PEAK VELOCITY dot;

    2. Progressive 4-Color Cycles: Practice 1:1 symmetrical pendulum strokes cycling through each color tier:

      • Tier 1 (Short 1-2m): Backswing to right green dot, follow-through to left green dot;

      • Tier 2 (Medium 3-5m): Backswing to right yellow dot, follow-through to left yellow dot;

      • Tier 3 (Mid-Long 5-8m): Backswing to right orange dot, follow-through to left orange dot;

      • Tier 4 (Long 8m+): Backswing to right purple dot, follow-through to left purple dot;

    3. Cadence Count: Count "1, 2" during the backswing and "1" on the forward swing to ingrain the tour 2:1 rhythm across 10 repetitions per set;

  • Routine 2: Acceleration & STOP Braking Drill (Live Ball Distance Control):

    1. Ball Placement & Eye Calibration: Place a golf ball over the white circle. Adjust your head posture until the ball completely obscures the white disc beneath it, locking eyes directly over the ball;

    2. Backswing to Red Line: Draw the putter back smoothly to the red vertical guideline (~25cm / 10" mark);

    3. Accelerate to Peak Velocity: Accelerate forward along the colored arrows, reaching maximum head speed at the 0cm impact point;

    4. Firm Brake at STOP: Bring the putter head to an immediate, steady stop at the two yellow STOP markers. Hold the finish for 2 seconds to eliminate follow-through wobble;

    5. Track Ball Roll: Confirm that the ball tracks smoothly over the four white guide prints along the center axis;

  • Step 5: Pack & Protect: Roll the mat smoothly with the rubber base facing inward and store it in the zippered EVA hard case. Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed.
