This 7.5m Golf Putting and chipping distance practice soft measuring tape is available in three colors: purple, green, and pink.
 
The orange tape is 2cm wide and has Tee holes every meter for securing.
 
During practice, the Tee spacing helps you quickly estimate the ball's distance and the change in its trajectory during play, allowing you to anticipate and prepare for next chipping and putting adjustments. 
 
Extend or retract the tape by rotating the switch on the side of the tape clockwise or counterclockwise. 
 
The casing also features a stop mechanism for easy stopping at the desired distance.
 
Because the 7.5m tape is rolled inside the casing, stretching it from 0 distance will be slightly tight and require some effort. It is recommended to rotate the tape counterclockwise a few times from the side to loosen it slightly before pulling it out to avoid excessive stretching and deformation. 
 
Also, when shrinking, it doesn't need to be completely tightened; leave some space to hang on the matching carabiner.
